Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Present and promote products to customers through professional sales techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in blinds, furniture, home d cor, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
