Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and property tours.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Provide professional advice on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
