Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and property tours.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Negotiation & Closing Deals
