Role Overview:


We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong solution architecture experience to join our team. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on development expertise with the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

  • Design, develop, and implement customised solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.

  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems utilising REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, including bulkification, exception handling, and maintaining high test coverage.

  • Support deployments and manage tasks using tools like Azure DevOps.

  • Optimise data models and sharing architecture through Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery and platform stability.

    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively adopt relevant new features.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.

  • Proven experience with HexaBPM Managed Package.

  • Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and various integration patterns.

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce governance limits.

  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions as a Solution Architect, including system integration and technical roadmap planning.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Analytics, Einstein, and Agentforce.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience leading technical workshops and presenting architecture proposals to stakeholders.
