Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your objective will be to design, develop and evolve robust, high-performance Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions adapted to the business needs of the Insurance sector, particularly in claims management.
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Collection, analysis and qualification of functional and technical requirements.
- Designing solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Development and customization via Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Implementation of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Use of FSC functionalities (Flow Builder, Platform Events).
- Participation in the project lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
- Contribution to application integration and performance issues.
- Coordination with the technical and operational teams.
- Supporting junior profiles and disseminating best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma of a Bac+5 in engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science, or demonstrating equivalent significant experience.
Experience : 3+ years in Salesforce FSC development on complex projects.
