Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle direct customer sales in the textile section (primary role)
Lead and supervise the textile sales team
Guide team members to improve sales performance
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
Ensure proper display and organization of textile products
Monitor daily sales and drive revenue growth
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in textile (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Leadership experience preferred
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Presentable and professional demeanor
