Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
provide clerical support and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
managing office equipment, arranging travel and distributing mail.
Deal with Reception, Telephone and Email enquiries.
Qualifications:
should be proficient with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets, presentations.
The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
10 years experience in the Secretarial/Administration field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
