Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own full SEO strategy and execution for U.S. Google search
- Conduct keyword research and build keyword clusters for all products
- Optimize website pages (titles, tags, internal linking, schema, site speed)
- Improve ranking for keywords (For Example):
- makeup remover wipes
- individually wrapped wipes
- hotel amenity wipes bulk
- hypoallergenic wipes
- wholesale makeup wipe
- Run monthly SEO audits and fix all technical issues
- Build weekly & monthly SEO traffic reports
B2B Lead Generation (Hotels, Spas, Clinics)
- Create and optimize landing pages for B2B clients
- Rank for high-intent wholesale keywords
- Increase inbound leads from:
- hotels
- spas & salons
- dermatology clinics
- event planners
- distributors
- Work with the team to improve conversion and follow-ups
Content & Blogs
- Build SEO-driven content briefs
- Create monthly blog calendar targeting high-value keywords
- Coordinate with content & creative teams
- Improve on-page engagement and time-on-site
Social Commerce SEO
- Optimize TikTok Shop & Instagram Shop product titles and tags
- Implement SEO keyword strategy across captions, voiceovers, and product listings
Analytics & Conversion
- Improve website conversion rate
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and CRO tools
- Run page-level A/B testing
- Provide insights to performance marketing
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a data-driven, experienced SEO/Web Growth professional to own:
- SEO strategy (U.S. + global)
- Website organic growth
- B2B lead generation (hotels, spas, clinics, distributors)
- Content optimization
- Technical SEO
- TikTok Shop & Instagram Shop SEO
- Google Search Console &

Experience
- 3 6 years in SEO (preferably U.S. or international markets)
- Strong experience with Shopify SEO
- Proven track record of ranking pages and increasing organic traffic
- Experience with e-commerce, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus
- Experience generating B2B inbound leads through SEO is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- On-page & technical SEO
- Content optimization
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Strong English writing & research skills
