Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to MyHomex s digital platforms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to inform content and technical SEO initiatives.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure for maximum search engine performance.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site architecture, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority and backlink profiles.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on SEO principles and tactics.
Develop and maintain documentation of SEO processes, guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of improving organic rankings and increasing website traffic through effective SEO strategies.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
