Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of field service engineers.

Research, design, install, and maintain mechanical products and systems.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs to meet specifications.

Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions.

Develop and monitor service and maintenance processes.

Conduct tests to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Provide technical customer service and feedback to design engineers.
