Senior Service Engineer MUSCAT UNIQUE STAR

1. Installation & Commissioning Install, configure, and test large format printers (e.g., UV, Eco-solvent, Sublimation, Textile, CNC, Laser, etc.). Conduct machine demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams. Ensure installation is completed as per manufacturer standards. 2. Maintenance & Repair Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues. Replace or repair defective components, print heads, boards, and accessories. Maintain accurate service records and reports. 3. Technical Support Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Handle customer complaints efficiently with minimal downtime. Coordinate with factory technical teams for escalated issues. 4. Spare Parts & Inventory Identify parts requirements and coordinate with the store or supplier for timely availability. Maintain tools and calibration equipment in proper working condition. 5. Training & Documentation Train junior engineers and technicians on machine operations and service procedures. Maintain service documentation, user manuals, and preventive maintenance schedules. 6. Quality & Safety Follow all company safety procedures during service and installation. Ensure machines meet operational quality and print output standards.
