Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the development of our ServiceNow projects, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to strengthen our teams and work on high value-added projects within complex and evolving environments.
- Design, develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Intervene on one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, SPM, WSD)
- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts (client/server side), integrations, and forms.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and ensure code quality
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, architects and IT teams
- Participate in the testing, deployment, and support phases
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma (m/f) of a Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant
- Significant experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module
- Good mastery of IT processes and ITIL concepts
- Experience in Agile and/or V-model methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills
- Fluent in French and English
