Job description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, from needs analysis to production launch and advanced support.
Qualifications
Design, develop, and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
Implement, customize, and integrate key ServiceNow modules:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
Follow ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and ensure a technological watch.
Train and support internal teams and key users.
Desired profile
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience on ServiceNow, including 3 years on large-scale projects.
Proficient in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules (at least 2 modules among these).
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side JavaScript).
Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, API).
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode.
Analytical mind, autonomy and strength of proposal.
