Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
• Establish enterprise-wide standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails.
• Provide governance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, and AI.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and support Agile Release Trains.
• Design integrated solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Define enterprise-wide data strategies and drive CSDM adoption.
• Develop and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap.
• Architect integrations with SAP, HR, Finance, and Security platforms.
• Define API strategies using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architecture.
• Provide architectural guidance during PI Planning and define architectural runway.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor architecture teams.

Technical Requirements

• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM Pro/SAM Pro), SecOps, HRSD, WSD, ServiceNow AI/GenAI, App Engine, and CSDM.
• Strong CMDB and CSDM architecture experience.
• Integration architecture using REST, SOAP, and event-driven approaches.
• CI/CD strategy, development standards, and release governance.
• Instance strategy and upgrade management.
• Responsible AI implementation in enterprise workflows.
