Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Operator - Junior Level at Next Maritime located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Agency Operator will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to worldwide shipping agency services.
The role will also involve providing round-the-clock service to clients and ensuring the individual needs of each client are met.
- Up to 3 years of experience in shipping agency operations, maritime logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of port operations, vessel handling, and maritime regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using shipping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational demands.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site (office-based arrangement).
