Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and design end-to-end Siebel architecture aligned with business requirements
Lead solution design, system integration, and technical strategy for Siebel CRM implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system enhancements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure best practices in design, coding standards, and deployment processes
Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong experience in Siebel CRM Architecture & Development
Expertise in Siebel Tools, EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Configuration
Hands-on experience in Siebel integrations, web services, and APIs
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
Experience in large-scale implementations within enterprise or banking environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
