Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all architectural activities on-site to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of architectural plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and construction methods for compliance with design intent and regulations.
- Lead on-site problem-solving and provide technical guidance to resolve architectural challenges promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of architectural materials.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and innovation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in site architectural engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and building materials.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with experience managing on-site teams.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing site challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
