Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications.
Review and interpret architectural design documents, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
Monitor construction progress and report deviations or potential issues to project managers.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure finishing works meet standards.
Mentor and guide junior architects and site engineers.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior/site role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
Excellent understanding of building codes, safety, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work on multiple sites and manage teams effectively.
