AE7 is seeking an exceptional Senior Site Architect to join our dynamic team for a prestigious residential and hospitality high-rise tower project.

Work Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all architectural site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
· Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality control, compliance with design intent, and resolution of construction challenges.
· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
· Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues on-site, providing practical and effective solutions.
· Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
· Lead the snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes, ensuring that all architectural works meet the highest standards before final acceptance.
· Work closely with MEP and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines in project execution.
· Monitor construction progress, site safety, and adherence to local regulations, reporting any deviations or issues to management.
· Prepare and maintain progress reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation for project tracking.
· Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and health & safety standards.
