Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate, finalize & submit all project schedules to the projects, engineering & procurement departments.
Prepare the work plan for the planning department and its structure and modify it according to different circumstances.
Continuous follow-up and review of the work progress on a daily basis on-site.
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Ensure appropriate levels of monitoring and sharing of control information to all concerned parties.
Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
Follow up and monitor the project submission in terms of the planned schedule.
Submit periodical accurate reports to senior management, including accurate analysis of performance progress, risks, and performance indicators, in addition to what will be done to avoid any error with its corrective actions.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Prepare projects financial flow reports.
Participate in preparing and evaluating claims before submitting them.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of industry knowledge is preferable in gas station construction.
Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
Preferred strong>Cairo /strong>Residents.
