Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.

  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.
  • Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines.
  • Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
  • Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.


  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-7 proven years of experience as a Site Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques, with a focus on structural and civil works.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction management software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and construction practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Professional certifications or licenses related to construction management or engineering are desirable.
  • Good command of English
