Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Managing relationships with projects of different consultants
Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines
Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
5-7 proven years of experience as a Site Engineer.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques, with a focus on structural and civil works.
Proficiency in project management and construction management software.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and construction practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Professional certifications or licenses related to construction management or engineering are desirable.
Good command of English
