Roles & Responsibilities

>Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities, including construction execution, quality control, safety, and progress reporting.
  • Interpret and implement project plans, schedules, and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Manage and motivate a team of construction personnel.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and otherstakeholders.
  • Contribute to cost control measures and participate in value engineering exercises.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest construction methods and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driver's license is a plus.
