Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Oversee and coordinate all architectural activities onsite to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress , identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Review and approve architectural drawings material and construction with design intent and regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or site challenges promptly to minimize project delays.
- Implement and enforce best practices in site management, safety and environmental sustainability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in related field preferably in steel industry.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design, construction processes and building materials
- Lead on site problem, solving and providing technical guidance to resolve architectural challenges promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation and updates to project manger.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on site and adapt to changing project needs
