Expertise in BOQs
- The ability to source top materials with the best prices
- Time and speed in execution is a must
- Commitment to delivering on the deadline is a must
- Can manage suppliers and properly communicate with them
- Can handle clients and problem solving
- Can follow up swiftly with the design house
- Must own a car
Desired Candidate Profile
This position is for residential projects only, its not recommended for civil or construction engineers.
The candidate must be experienced in very high end finishing and luxury projects.
They must also have a proper portfolio with their work in previous completed projects.
