Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution
  • Prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawings, QS and as built drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes
  • Follow up the material submittals and all site including supervising , monitoring the site laborforce and the work of any subcontractors to assure contract compliance
  • - Hands-on experience in HVAC Plumbing & Firefighting.
  • Prepare RFI and send it to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts.
  • Assist in preparation of method of statement with Construction and Quality Control teams
  • Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies.
  • Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary.
  • supervising all site works and procedures.
  • Reviews sub-contractor s shop drawings to ensure compliance specifications and contract agreements
  • Prepare RFI S and coordinate between mechanical works and other trades .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 To 7 Years Experience.
  • AutoCAD is a must
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Residential mega Projects background preferred
  • Good user of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
