AlSadim Architects & Consultants is hiring two senior engineers for its on-site supervision team in a major residential and infrastructure project located in Sheikh Zayed:

One Senior Site Mechanical Engineer

One Senior Site Electrical Engineer

Each engineer will represent the consultant on site and will be responsible for supervising all works within their discipline, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Description:

• Supervise and inspect daily site activities for all mechanical or electrical systems and networks.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure proper coordination with other trades (civil, architectural, MEP).
• Review and approve inspection requests (IRs) and participate in testing and commissioning.
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
• Issue daily and weekly reports and attend site coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with the head office and project management team for progress follow-up.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision of large-scale projects and utility networks.
• Prior experience in consultant offices is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting (for Mechanical) or Power, Lighting, Low Current systems (for Electrical).
• Familiar with local building codes and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Residents of 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed are preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
