Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced, creative content strategies for social media platforms.

Write professional video scripts for Reels, short-form videos, and paid ads with strong hooks and clear marketing objectives.

Create, produce, and direct high-quality short videos tailored to each platform.

Translate complex ideas into engaging and visually appealing content.

Utilize AI tools in video production and editing (AI Avatars, Voice-over, Motion, Generative AI).

Perform basic and advanced video editing with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and CTAs.

Apply graphic design fundamentals (Typography, Color Theory, Composition) using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.

Stay up to date with short-form video trends and apply them strategically to support brand goals.

Analyze content performance (Reach, Engagement, Retention) and provide continuous optimization recommendations.

Write social media post content aligned with the overall social media strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years of proven experience in social media content creation.

Strong expertise in scriptwriting and short-form video production.

Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects is a plus).

Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools such as:(Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms).

Strong understanding of audience behavior and storytelling techniques.

High level of creativity and visual sense.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
