What You Will Do
-Build applications using Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SFDX CI/CD, AWS services, and best-in-class e-commerce and customer service SaaS capabilities
-Actively contribute to code/design review and pair-programming sessions
-Collaborate with Product Manager(s) to understand business use cases, design, develop, test, and document solutions
-Assess technical considerations (security, scalability, limits, etc.)
-Assess technologies utilized within current technology stacks as well as new technologies which solve business problems and provide best possible end user experience for streamlined business operations
-Build & document flexible, scalable, and robust state-of-the-art implementation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet current and future needs using Salesforce Service Cloud
-Participate in component design discussions
-Follow Salesforce best practices for design and code style and adhere to documentation standards
-Mentor junior Salesforce Software Engineers
-Contribute to the team effort in taking ownership of Salesforce release cycles to proactively implement and deploy enhancements/updates to existing applications and code
-Troubleshoot issues and be part of your team s operational responsibility for its owned services

-University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field, with 5+ years working in software engineering
-Experience in Object oriented design and programming
-3+ years working with the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, and Salesforce implementation contributing to development and implementation including Apex, Flow, SFDX CI/CD, Visualforce, Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
-Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
-Experience in mocking and unit testing
-Experience working with SOQL
-Experience with Service Cloud Voice (SCV) or other telephony providers
-Familiarity with large data sets and bulkification
-Experience with SQL databases
-Knowledge of Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems
-Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills including fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from a variety of departments
Nice to Have
-Salesforce certification
-Experience building cloud native applications and services in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
-Experience in general web development experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
-Competency in other languages and stacks such as JavaScript, TypeScript,MEAN and/or MERN stack
