Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications for U.S.-based clients
Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking environment
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and/or modern frontend applications depending on specialization
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Work effectively in a fully remote team environment and communicate clearly with clients and teammates
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards
Desired Candidate Profile
4–8 years of professional software development experience
Strong experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development
Very fluent English (near native-level) — this role requires daily communication with U.S. clients
Experience building production-grade applications
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
