Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERPNext, systems integration, and software solutions within target markets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting LavaLoon s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent LavaLoon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to help refine offerings and messaging based on market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably with ERP, SaaS, or systems integration solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
