Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Testing Engineer, you will:

  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software features.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (web, mobile, API).
  • Identify, isolate, and document software defects using bug tracking tools, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in software testing.
