Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions to new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the renewable energy sector, focusing on industrial and commercial projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure optimal solutions are presented to customers.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the solar energy field.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the solar division.
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in solar energy sales or a similar engineering sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the renewable energy or electrical manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct site visits and technical assessments.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
