As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will act as a strategic advisor for high level stakeholders, including C suite executives and regulatory bodies like the CBUAE. This position is primarily focused on the advisory and design phase rather than long term delivery management. You will bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and actionable technical designs, ensuring every solution is secure, compliant, and highly resilient. This is an onsite, client facing role that requires a deep understanding of how to build trust with banks and enterprise technology partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary technical advisor during the pre-sales phase to design custom solutions based on specific client needs.
• Lead architecture workshops with financial institutions and technology vendors to facilitate design reviews.
• Work closely with Business Development teams to pitch sophisticated technical platforms to senior leadership.
• Transform financial and regulatory requirements into detailed technical designs that meet strict governance standards.
• Embed security by design across identity management, data protection, and threat modeling. Collaborate with data scientists to ensure AI-driven components are explainable and meet regulatory expectations.
• Mentor engineers and designers to uplift the overall architectural maturity of the team.
• Review vendor proposals and deliverables to ensure they meet high quality and compliance benchmarks.
