Solution Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate various technologies including SQL Server, SharePoint Server, Project Server, and third-party APIs (e.g., RabbitMQ, SignalR).

Technology Evaluation: Lead evaluations and proof-of-concepts for new technologies and tools, including cloud-based technologies and microservices architectures.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and other technical team members.

Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure coding standards, best practices, and design principles are adhered to throughout the development process.

Cloud & DevOps Support: Integrate solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and leverage containerization tools like Docker.

Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of applications, databases, and distributed systems for scalability, speed, and reliability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement in the solution development process.

Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for applications post-deployment, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
