Roles & Responsibilities
We are searching for a Senior Solution Consultant to be part of our Middle East & Africa pre-sales team!
As a Solution Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our customers. Understanding their business landscape and objectives and demonstrating and articulating the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and how they optimise and support their digital strategies and tackle their most important business challenges. You'll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping them to utilise Adobe s content supply chain solutions and grow their business.
The Solution Consultant will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-prop selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
Our most successful Solution Consultants take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors.
You ll need the following skills and experiences to be successful:
Three years or more experience in a Presales capacity positioning and demonstrating content & workflow solutions, ideally with aligned Adobe solutions
A very strong understanding of digital marketing, content management, omnichannel content delivery, content as a service, asset management, workflow and capacity management technology and the role this technology plays in driving digital transformation and business outcomes.
A very strong understanding of Digital Marketing and emerging trends
Experience with a subset of, or all of Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud)
Familiarity with Content Architecture concepts including cloud hosting technology across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, headless and hybrid content management
Ability to understand customer requirements and work with Adobe sales to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale.
Amplify Adobe s voice at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Influence Adobe s product roadmap by conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.
A strong track record of being able to identify critical business issues using advanced discovery techniques and providing solution based approaches.
Exceptional presentation skills and conversational skills, including solution demonstrations using Value Based Selling techniques to different audience types.
