Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure dishes meet brand standards in taste, presentation, and consistency

  • Oversee kitchen sections and service readiness
  • Lead and train kitchen staff
  • Control food cost, waste, and inventory
  • Ensure HACCP compliance and hygiene standards
  • Support menu development and implementation
