Assist the Spa Manager in supervising spa therapists and maintaining service quality.

Provide guidance and support to junior therapists to maintain treatment standards.

Monitor treatment schedules and ensure smooth spa operations.

Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences.

Ensure spa equipment and products are used properly and report any maintenance issues.

Support spa promotions, wellness programs, and special spa events.

Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Participating in spa training programs and continuous professional development.
