Senior Specialist- Business Development Department

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with brokers, and clients via email, phone, and in-person.
Assist the current brokers in identifying and solving their problems.
Motivate the existing brokers to increase production in all branches.
Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
Develop and support work in the company s departments by establishing a smooth work relation and develop new systems to facilitate and ease of dealing with brokers
Providing effecting administrative support.
Other duties as required by the line manager

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Very good command of English and Arabic Skills (written and reading) .
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. from a reliable institution.
