Senior Specialist - Civil Inspections Abu Dhabi Ports

Core Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Civil plans, method statements and Civil received through MEPS system.

• Preparing daily and weekly tracker LOGs.

• Conducting site Civil inspections on different industrial under construction projects in Developers Services Hub,ICAD, Khalifa Port and Zayed Port industrial areas on daily basis.

• Advice contractors and consultants on company/OSHAD Civil requirements to ensure contractor & Consultants commitment and compliance is in line with company site specific Civil requirements.

• To monitor and analyze Civil performance, develop Civil culture and conduct internal Civil /quality inspections/audits& in-house Training.

• Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out Civil lapses of contractor and report to the concerned consultant and Contractor for corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with consultant /contractor and investigate accident cases with AD Ports Group Civil team to prepare final accident investigation report.

People Management Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with project management control team including consultant and contractor regarding compliance of Civil requirements in construction site.

• Participate in welfare and incentive schemes organized by the contractor.
