Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze investment portfolios and optimize returns.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, benchmarking, and commercial analyses.

  • Support the development of commercial transformation and efficiency plans.

  • Maintain risk registers and contribute to strategic planning activities.

  • Coordinate across sections for integrated commercial projects.

  • Review consultant deliverables and ensure alignment with objectives.

  • Prepare reports, procurement documentation, and business analyses.

  • Support onboarding of external consultants and vendors.

  • Monitor KPIs and support performance evaluation.

  • Contribute to government-linked initiatives such as privatization and reform.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred – Business, Economics, or related fields.

  • 7–10 years in commercial strategy or business transformation.

  • 3+ years in portfolio management.

  • Big Four experience is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Arabic speaker.

  • Must be currently based in UAE and immediately available/short notice.

  • Government / semi-government experience is an advantage.
