Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from inception through execution to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and partners, ensuring clarity and minimizing potential risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Provide insights and recommendations on improving contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual activities.

Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams on contract policies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in large-scale projects or the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
