Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To support consistent brand messaging, enhance the bank s reputation across diverse communication channels, and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders, aligning communication efforts with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain internal communication platforms such as the company website to ensure organizational strategies and important updates reach employees effectively.
  • Maintain corporate communication media, including the company's public website, to ensure consistent messaging to outside parties, enhancing the organization's reputation.
  • Support the Finance function to create and implement reporting and investor communication plans, providing shareholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Support the coordination of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives according to guidelines set by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), integrating sustainability practices into operations and reporting.
  • Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, collaborating with stakeholders to address social and environmental issues, improve community impact, and maintain ethical standards.
  • Participate in forums to represent the organization professionally, conveying its vision, values, and goals to both internal and external audiences.
  • Address enquiries received from the public, the press, and related organizations.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for bank-wide related events, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after events.
  • Understand and follow clearly articulated guidance on how to complete assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with sub-functional goals.
  • Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks as per defined standards and within process boundaries.
  • Comply with established policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work accuracy and consistency.
  • Address simple, recurring issues independently while escalating complex challenges to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in routine activities.
  • Actively participate in pre-defined development initiatives, leveraging organizational resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities assigned through the bank s process as deemed necessary
