Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Result Areas:

  • Engage stakeholders to capture and validate business needs, processes, and priorities.
  • Translate requirements into detailed specifications, process maps, and user stories.
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned with enterprise architecture and digital delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to ensure shared understanding of needs.
  • Support testing and validation to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements enabled by digital tools.
  • Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows to support digital delivery projects.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, solution designers, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood.
  • Assist in prioritising requirements and managing scope across projects.
  • Support the development of acceptance criteria and participate in solution testing and validation.
  • Provide input into business cases and benefits realisation plans for digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge sharing to strengthen QF s digital delivery practice.
  • Ensure compliance with QF governance, security, and data management policies.
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. Master s preferred. Professional qualifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) desirable.
  • Minimum 6 8 years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, workflow tools, and requirements management systems.
  • Strong process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
