Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the external communication strategy and campaigns to enhance corporate reputation and positioning.
- Create and handle a content calendar across various platforms to ensure consistency and timely communication.
- Contribute to the development and update of communications master narrative and crisis management manuals by collaborating with senior manager and PR professionals
- Draft and edit speeches, scripts, press materials, and external content for senior executives to ensure consistent alignment
- Track and analyze media coverage and communication metrics to measure impact and adjust strategies
- Research and identify industry trends by analyzing market reports and news to integrate relevant themes and maintain Allianz's position as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including media and industry associations to foster positive and ongoing partnerships.
- Organize media training, press events, external corporate events, and SM & digital PR campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective media engagement and enhance corporate visibility.
- Execute CSR strategy and relationships with community partners and NGOs by developing initiatives and collaborating with partners to align with corporate objectives and enhance the company s social impact.
- Control the budget for external communications and PR activities by tracking expenses and comparing allocated funds to maintain cost-efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 - 5 years of extensive experience in External Communications.
- Bachelor s degree in mass communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Public Relations, External Communication, Crisis Management, Events Management, Digital PR, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Background in PR agencies, multinational companies, financial institutions, telecommunications, or multinational NGOs
