Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Analyze project estimations to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools to monitor progress and identify risks.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage ERP and non-ERP application services delivered to the business.
  • Ensure the quality, continuity, and performance of application services.
  • Oversee contracts related to ERP and non-ERP services, including vendor coordination and compliance monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

Experience:

4 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis and IT application management.
