Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex transformation initiatives, from initial assessment to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to drive projects to completion effectively.
  • Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in project/program management, transformation or change management roles in a major organization.

  • At least 3 years of Hands-on experience in a PMO function overseeing & driving strategic initiatives.

  • Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation programs and projects in line with business needs and leadership expectations.

  • Develop detailed project plans, RACI matrix, and governance structures to support efficient delivery of initiatives and programs.
