Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Logistics Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain annual logistics plans (ALP) in coordination with field schedules
  • Balance logistics demand and supply, identifying capacity gaps and proposing solutions

2. Contract Management Support

  • Assist in creating, evaluating, and executing transportation and logistics contracts
  • Ensure contract data is accurately entered into Oracle Fusion systems for tracking and compliance

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Track logistics KPIs and contractor performance against SLAs
  • Provide feedback and updates to support continuous improvement and cost control

4. Field Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Support emergency logistics planning and mobilization efforts

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, contract execution, and budget utilization.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and contribute to risk and control assessments

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in project or contract management (preferred).

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 5 years in logistics or project coordination within mining or industrial environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and field logistics operations.
