Senior Specialist Operations Abu Dhabi Ports

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the end-to-end customer experience and operational activities within the Freight Forwarding department, ensuring alignment with Noatum s strategic goals and compliance with local regulations. This role focuses on business development, pricing strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless coordination of operational activities with other functions
• Define, implement, and execute business development strategies to maximize profits and grow market share in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage pricing and tariff strategies to enhance profitability.
• Coordinate all transactional operations, including export, import, and customs activities, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal procedures.
• Provide clear guidelines to the Export, Import, and Gateway teams to ensure operations align with Noatum s strategy and comply with the local business environment.
• Foster a high-performance service culture within the Export and Import functions.
• Ensure operational performance meets regional and local business needs.
• Mentor and develop team members continuously, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Employee Performance: Manage employee performance through regular evaluations, disciplinary actions, and cost optimization initiatives.
