Roles & Responsibilities

p> span>Strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends in terms of product offering./span> /p> p> span>Conduct feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants as required./span> /p> p> span>Collaborate with teams across the organization for better understanding of the customer needs, market gaps and develop relevant solutions to address these./span> /p> p> span>Construct business cases and business plans relating to product development to be presented to management./span> /p> p> span>Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective program management through the development cycle of specific new products and its development and delivery. /span> /p> p> span>Assist the management team for specific projects and special/ ad hoc tasks as and when required./span> /p> p> span>Anticipate customer requirements and conceive soft products and delivery mechanisms based on the same. /span> /p>

Desired Candidate Profile

p>Undergraduate degree from a premier institute, MBA a plus /p> ul> li> p>Should have strong product development abilities/p> /li> li> p>Should be proficient in data analysis and report writing./p> /li> li> p>Ability to contribute to high performance teams./p> /li> li> p>Manage and resolve conflict within the team and with other stakeholders/p> /li> li> p>High proficiency in written and spoken /p> /li> li> p>English is a must and Knowledge of Arabic is an added benefit/p> /li> li> p>At least 3 years of relevant functional experience, preferably in industrial zones and econ/p> /li> li> p>Has led multiple projects and/or work streams for new product or new business unit development /p> /li> li> p>Experience of product strategy and projects in infrastructure, real estate or industrial units will be preferable/p> /li> li> p>Experience in engaging executives as a business, operational, and strategic thought leader/p> /li> /ul>
