Senior Specialist Purchasing

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining the quality of services.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of purchasing and supplier management policies.
• Identify levers for optimization and implement actions to generate significant savings.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of budgets dedicated to general and professional services, controlling expenses and anticipating any discrepancies.
• Analysis of needs and management of calls for tenders: Collaborate with internal departments to analyze their specific needs for general and professional services.
• Ensure that competitive proposals are obtained and adapted to the company's expectations.
• Collaboration and reporting: Work in synergy with the various departments to ensure good coordination between needs and the solutions provided.

Minimum 3 years to 6 years of experience.

• French, English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Mastery of the computer tool: MS office.
• Knowledge of Oracle would be a plus.
• Knowledge of the local and international market.
• Knowledge of the principles of contract management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of the principles related to purchasing management.
• Knowledge of regulations and the market.
• BAC + 4 or BAC + 5 (Finance, Commerce, Management, Communication, Supply Chain Management.
